It's name is a reference to our brewmaster's past life as a master brewer for the Unibroue brewery (Quebec, Canada).

Ingredients: water, barley malt (pilsner, pale ale, caramel), Saaz hops,
spices and aromatics (bitter orange peel, star anice, cumin,
cardamone, liquorice, chili pepper, unrefined cane sugar,
caramel sugar and yeast.
Oatmeal gives this (Russian Imperial) oatmeal stout a smooth, almost velvety mouthfeel. The atypical abbey yeast we used is responsible for an uncommon fruitiness.

roasted barley, Oatmeal, Fuggles hops and yeast.
